Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Major metropolitan areas: 2–4 business days
• Outlying and regional areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within South Africa is calculated as follows:

• Flat rate shipping: R80
• Free shipping on orders over R1000

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Your Nectar cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
