Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, Your Nectar does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products purchased more than 48 hours after delivery notification
